All UK companies and limited liability partnerships and most other traders need to have accounts prepared to comply with UK statutory requirements and tax regulations.
We prepare or assist with the preparation of the accounts of most of our business clients.
Although audit requirements have recently been relaxed, we continue to conduct a significant number of statutory audits. We also conduct audits for clients requiring specialised technical knowledge, including charities, FSA registered businesses, solicitors, insurance brokers, surveyors and pension schemes.
Audit and accountancy remains Arnold Hill's core activity and our reputation in this area has led the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Walesto utilise us as a training office. As well as maintaining strong traditions of dependability and meticulous care for detail we are constantly keeping up to date and moving forward to meet our clients' needs.
