Lucy Duncan
Partner
Lucy started her training with Arnold Hill & Co as an audit trainee in 1996 and joined the Trust department after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. She had the privilege of becoming their first female partner in 2006.
Lucy advises individuals and trustees of family trusts and charities. This includes advice on tax planning. She oversees the administration of a number of trusts, charities and estates and she also acts as a trustee.
Lucy is an active member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). She qualified as a member after completing the STEP Diploma and is currently the Honorary Treasurer for both the London Central Branch and Charity Special Interest Group of STEP.
Lucy is the present Honorary Treasurer and is on the board of trustees for Rett UK, a national charity that supports and advises people involved with caring for a child or adult who has Rett syndrome.
Lucy runs regularly and has taken part in many road races for charity including the London Marathon and the Great North Run. She enjoys the relaxation of cooking, happy in the knowledge that distance running will soon burn off any extra calories consumed. When time permits she also enjoys reading and gardening.
