We assist all of our clients that are in business with the preparation of their annual financial statements. This includes sole traders, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, private limited companies, public limited companies and charities. In addition we also assist our trust and pension scheme clients with the preparation of their annual financial statements.
Where we provide this service we will ensure that your accounts prepared in accordance with the appropriate convention and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and all relevant financial reporting standards.
In addition to performing the compliance function of preparing your financial statements, we would talk you through the financial statements to ensure that you understand the numbers and the disclosures and that you are confident that they fairly reflect the performance and position of your business.
We can additionally assist you in the preparation of summary financial information or other projections for banks and other third parties where required.
