Arnold Hill bids a fond farewell to one of our longest-standing Partners, Lucy Duncan, as she begins a well-deserved retirement.

Lucy studied mathematics at University College London before joining Arnold Hill & Co as an audit trainee in 1996. Having gained experience dealing with preparing accounts, auditing and taxation, she joined the Trust department after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Lucy went on to make history as our first female partner in 2006. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in leading our trusts team, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. 

Her dedication, expertise and leadership have left a lasting impact. We are immensely grateful for all she has contributed throughout her career.
