Audit Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Audit/Accounts Manager willing to contribute to the Firm’s continued success. We require an Audit/Accounts Manager who is able to:

  • Confidently manage a dedicated audit/accounts team, co-ordinate staff assignments and use your skills to encourage growth;
  • Use time-management skills in order to budget, negotiate and bill in order to effectively manage the financial aspects of each job;
  • Plan, co-ordinate and review all assignments including accounts preparations and audits;
  • Work on a variety of business structures including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Charities;
  • Support training staff during their qualification process;
  • Build an understanding of your client portfolio to ensure work of a high quality is always upheld.

Junior Company Secretary Assistant

An exciting new opportunity for a Junior Company Secretary Assistant to join a friendly, well-established and growing accountancy firm. You will be working within a small, dedicated team who pride themselves on providing a professional service to their clients. This junior role is a great opportunity for progression into the Private Office team:

We are looking for a candidate to assist with the Company Secretarial affairs of the firm. In addition to supporting the Company Secretarial team, you will be providing administrative support to the Private Office on a variety of interesting client-based projects:

Previous experience in company secretarial work is not required as training will be provided. However, a willingness to learn and strong attention to detail will be essential. The candidate should be organised, flexible and have good time management skills to ensure the company delivers against its objectives in a timely manner:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of company secretarial records and files
  • Electronic submission of relevant forms to Companies House;
  • Preparing and completing forms, minutes and resolutions as and when required
  • Preparing company Confirmation Statements;
  • Allotment of shares and creation of share certificates;
  • Regular correspondence with clients, dealing with client requests;
  • Administrative tasks for Private Office;
  • Assisting with project-based tasks upon request;
  • Assisting with any general admin required such as scanning, typing etc.;
  • Ensuring all related administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
