Lucy runs regularly and has taken part in many road races for charity including the London Marathon and the Great North Run. She also takes part in track and cross-country events and is keen to train off-road on muddy woodland trails! She enjoys the relaxation of cooking, happy in the knowledge that distance running will soon burn off any extra calories consumed. When time permits she also enjoys reading and gardening and is not averse to turning her hand to some DIY.
