After an incredible 37 years of dedicated service, we announce the retirement of Maria Czyzowicz, our Corporation Tax Manager, whose last day with Arnold Hill is today.
Maria’s retirement marks the end of an era. Since joining the firm, she has been a pillar of our tax team, known for her deep expertise, unwavering commitment, and invaluable contributions to both colleagues and clients alike. Over the decades, Maria has built and managed a diverse portfolio of corporate clients - ranging from owner-managed businesses to complex international groups, as well as LLPs and member associations. Her technical knowledge of corporation tax, coupled with her professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, has made Maria a significant contributor of the firm’s success and culture.
But Maria’s impact goes far beyond her client work.
Throughout her career, she has played a profound role in shaping the next generation of tax professionals. Maria has trained, mentored, and acted as a role model for many now-accomplished tax advisers, several of whom credit her encouragement and support as the foundation of their confidence and careers in corporation tax. As we reflect on Maria’s extraordinary journey with us, we are filled with admiration and gratitude. While we are, of course, sad to see her go, we celebrate with her as she embarks on this new chapter.
