New Partner Announcement
We are delighted to announce that Dipesh Giri has been appointed as Partner of the firm, effective 1st June 2025.
Since joining us, Dipesh has consistently demonstrated excellence in client service, technical capability, and team leadership. His appointment is a testament to the significant impact he has made across the firm and the high regard in which he is held by colleagues and clients alike. This appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to recognising and rewarding exceptional talent, leadership, and contribution to the firm’s continued success.

Dipesh joined the firm’s audit team in October 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as Audit Manager at a top 40 accountancy firm. A Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW, Dipesh has since played a pivotal role in driving client service excellence, particularly within the property, technology and investment business sectors. His deep technical expertise, especially in the preparation of statutory accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 102 1A, combined with his collaborative approach, has earned him the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Over the past few years, Dipesh has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, commercial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Dipesh commented, "From starting my journey as a trainee to now stepping into this new role, it’s been a challenging, rewarding, and deeply fulfilling path. I am so grateful to all those who have supported me along the way - mentors, colleagues, clients and of course my family.
I am excited to be taking this next step in my career, having achieved one of my personal life goals, and feel fortunate to be part of a firm which truly puts its people at the heart of everything it does - where growth is nurtured, voices are heard and collaboration is key.

As he steps into his new role, Dipesh will join the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the continued growth and strategic development of the firm. We are very much looking forward to the next chapter and the leadership and insight he will bring.
